Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this one-of-a-kind Sandpiper sculpture is a testament to the beauty of wildlife and the artistry of stained glass. The Sandpiper is brought to life with vibrant, hand-cut stained glass pieces. But what truly sets this bird apart is it’s rustic wood base which bears the marks of nature’s handiwork. Driftwood that has been lovingly chewed by beavers, the base adds a rustic, organic touch. The gnarled, weathered texture and the unique patterns created by the beavers’ teeth marks each base as a work of art in itself. No two bases are the same. 10” high  x 6.5" wide 8 pieces of glass. Glossy black patina. Waxed for protection and shine.
