"A fresh year, a fresh start -- embrace the possibilites of 2025"
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas season. After a quiet Christmas filled with fun, snowmobiling and ice fishing with my family, up here at the lake, I decided I had better put my shops on vacation until February. This break allows me to recharge and prepare for the arrival of Ashley & Danny's new baby in Fort St John, BC. Due January 16th!
I travelled to BC earlier this month to be here. Both her previous kids were early so we thought it was best for me to come the first week of January. We have had fun readying the nursery again. The crib was from my from my own kids.... back in the distant 80s. Handed down to our first grandchild Sawyer.
A beautiful sunset on the road the morning I left SK. Cooper is the most photogenic dog ever. Ashley has two chickens that live in a coop in the backyard. Banana & Buck Buck. Its kind of fun to check for eggs every day. They are very tame and are always on the deck asking to be let in the house.
As we step into 2025, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for what the year will bring. New ideas that I can't wait to share with you all. Plus a new baby.
